RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Miano, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 
Please review this policy carefully before submitting a request.

ELIGIBILITY
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days 
of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. 
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

We offer a refund or replacement only for the following:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
- Item was not received and tracking shows no delivery confirmation

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies under this 
policy, you will receive either a refund or a replacement — not both.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Email support@themiano.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue

Incomplete requests will delay processing. We do not require 
items to be physically returned — approved claims are resolved 
through refund or replacement directly.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Sizing or fit issues — please review our size chart carefully 
  before ordering, as we are unable to issue refunds for 
  incorrect size selection
- Orders confirmed as delivered by tracking information
- Minor color variation due to screen display, lighting, or 
  device differences — these are not considered defects
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided 
  by the customer at checkout
- Discounted, final sale, or bundled items

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
An order is considered successfully delivered once the shipping 
carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided at checkout. 
Miano is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced 
after delivery confirmation. If your package shows as delivered 
but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier 
directly to file an investigation.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as 
undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the 
customer, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method 
within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment 
provider.
