SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days to the United States
International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided or via our Track Your Order page.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Miano is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@themiano.com.
